Mines are not refillable.The P & D K-19 mine can be used as a trip or pull mine, and can be staked to the ground (stakes included) or nailed or hung from anything that will hold it. You can put the mine in almost any situation simply by pointing the black nozzle where you want the paint to go. The K-19 uses 15 ounces of paint and has a 15-foot blast radius! This is a one-time use mine.
