General Buyer's Agreement
- The buyer agrees to pay any and all collection and/or recovery
costs if the issuing credit card company refuses (for whatever
reason) to pay the charges to DirectPaintball/All Things Sports LLC
- The buyer agrees to provide sufficient, reliable, and accurate
information to DirectPaintball/All Things Sports LLC(name, address, e-mail address,
and telephone number) for DirectPaintball/All Things Sports LLC to be able to
verify the legitimacy of the transaction.
- The buyer agrees to bring any legal action against DirectPaintball/All Things Sports LLC
only in the jurisdiction of Greene County, Ohio.
- The buyer acknowledges that he or she is over the age of eighteen (18).
- The buyer agrees that DirectPaintball/All Things Sports LLCis not responsible for pricing errors and will possibly refund
the money on an order rather than fill the order if there has been an error. The order is considered to be a contract
to purchase when the order is shipped.
Credit Card Security
Shopping on a secure site is
actually safer than handing a credit card to a waiter in a restaurant. DirectPaintball/All Things Sports LLC

its officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content

damage, loss, or injury arising from your purchase or by the use of the goods sold by our store.
Please note that use or ownership of paintball equipment may be prohibited or restricted in your
area. You must follow all local laws and ordinances in your state or country regarding paintball,

not accept returns because of the restrictions imposed in your area.
