Shipping Paintballs Internationally

Due to the high chance of breakage, we do not recommend shipping paintballs outside of the US. We will not be responsible for any breakage of paintballs.

Payment Methods

Please visit our Payment Information page to see the payment methods we accept for international orders.

USING PAYPAL

We suggest that before you pay using Paypal you "confirm your address". A Paypal confirmed address decreases the opportunity for someone to use your Paypal account fraudulently. We reserve the right to ship orders using Paypal as payment method only to those accounts using a confrimed address and only to that confirmed address.

What is a confirmed address?

  • When a buyer’s credit card billing and shipping addresses are the same.
  • In some cases, PayPal has examined the buyer’s PayPal account history.

How a buyer can confirm an address?

    1. Add a credit card to their PayPal account. PayPal will confirm the credit card billing address (the address where you receive your credit card statement).
    OR
Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit. If they're approved, the address on your application will be a confirmed address.
    OR
Alternate address confirmation. This process takes several days and is only available for U.S. accounts. To learn more, log in to your PayPal account and visit Alternate Address Confirmation.

    USING PAYPAL FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    1. We will only process those international orders that have a confirmed address (see above for directions).

    Refusing an International Order

If you refuse an international order, you will pay for the cost of shipping to you and will be charged return shipping: That amount will be subtracted from your total refund.

    Tariffs, Taxes And Duties

DirectPaintball/All Things Sports LLC is not responsible for tariffs, brokerage fees, taxes, duties, or delays imposed by customs. Those charges are your responsibility. We also cannot tell you what tariffs, taxes or duties in your country are. Contact your local customs office for those details.

    Insurance

Your order will be insured up to the purchase price of the equipment or the highest amount insurable by the shipper to your location, whichever is least.

    Laws And Regulations

It is the your responsibility to be aware of all the laws and regulations relating to the importing and use of products. We will not accept returns on items due to these issues.

    Shipping Methods

We ship most of our international orders by UPS. We ship via the US Post Office to a limited number of countries. To those countries, shipping rates will be cheaper via Post Office and we will ship the package insured. You will need to clear the package thru customs and if the package is lost, we cannot file a claim until 7 days after the package is shipped via air parcel post. The last claim we filed with the Post Office for a missing package took 5 months to resolve. For those reasons, we recommend UPS rather than the Post Office.

    Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses

We use USPS Priority Mail to deliver to APO/FPO addresses.
