General Return Policies
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return
most items within 30 days of receipt by completing our returns
process.
- No items may be returned after 30 days.
- Paintballs, grenades, scooters, customized clothing and video games may
not be returned.
- Clothing must be returned in unused condition.
- Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original
packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, and miscellaneous
parts and accessories.
- Incomplete returns will be subject to an additional return charge.
- All free items must be returned with the original purchased
items to receive a refund.
- All returns will be subject to a restocking fee: New items of up to 20%,
and used items of up to 30%.
- Special orders or custom-made items are not returnable.
- Closeout or specially discounted items are not returnable.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
How to Return an Item
- Submit the Directpaintbal Returns Request Form (below) with your order number,
name of item, and reason for return.
- We cannot take return requests over the telephone.
- If your return request meets the criteria of our return policy,
we will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Write your RA number in large lettering next to your return
address on the box.
- If there is no RA number on the box, it will be returned to
you, because our receiving department will assume that it is an
unauthorized return.
- You must pay the shipping cost to return the item to us.
- We recommend that you ship by UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS with a return
receipt. That way, if we do not receive your package, you can
have it traced.
Refunds on Returns
- After receiving your authorized return, we will inspect the
items to make sure they meet the conditions of our return policy.
- If the items do not meet those conditions, they will be returned
to you at your expense.
- If the conditions are met, we will refund you the appropriate
amount by the same method you used to pay for your order.
- Please allow a week for the refund to appear on your credit
card.
- We will not refund you for items damaged in shipping due to
incorrect packaging.
