Where Does My Order Ship From?
Direct Paintball ships your products from various warehouse locations allowing the quickest service. Because of the different warehouse locations, transit times to you vary depending on their location and your location. The various shipping methods below will give you a rough idea of the transit times.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most In-stock orders placed before 1 PM EST, Monday through Friday, usually
ship that evening. Once the shipper picks up your order, you will get a an email with your tracking
number.
Free Shipping Offer
Direct Paintball offers free shipping on most orders over $99; orders will ship via our
Economy Shipping Method (see description below).
If you qualify for free shipping you may upgrade to faster Ground for only $6.50 more. Upgrades to faster
Ground Service may ship via DHL or UPS at our discretion.
Exceptions to Free Shipping:
1. COD orders.
2. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada or other countries.
3. Certain items such as, but not limited to bunkers, fields,
tents, etc.
Economy Shipping
Direct Paintball is proud to offer a shipping method
for those customers who need a cost-effective solution while not needing the fastest
delivery method. Economy Shipping is available to customers in the continental 48 States.
An order shipped using Economy Shipping is handled through DHL@Home Service.
Orders routed to you utilizing DHL@Home partner with the United States
Postal Service (USPS) and are hand-delivered by your local postal carrier Monday thru Saturday. The transit time for
most orders shipped via Economy Shipping is
4 to 7 business days. A tracking number is provided so you can track your package every step
of the way. At the sole discretion of Direct Paintball, some orders where Economy shipping is chosen
may be shipped using DHL Ground or UPS Ground (described in the next section).
Ground Shipping
Direct Paintball offers Ground shipping services from DHL & UPS depending on the manufactuer your product is coming from. Transit times are not guaranteed and vary based upon their warehouse location and your location. Best estimates for transit times are 1-5 business days. Sorry we are not able to give you exact transit time.
Express Shipping
Direct Paintball offers UPS 3 Day Select (only continental US), 2 Day Air Service and 1 Day Air Service to
all US locations & Puerto Rico. All Express
orders require prepayment; Sorry no CODs.
Transit times comply with the DHL or UPS services provided the order is received by 1pm EST on a
business day. If your Express order is held up by a backordered item, we will contact you. Please use your billing address as the shipping address
to prevent delays.
Direct Paintball is not responsible for delays beyond our control including
but not limited to DHL or UPS errors, weather, or natural disasters. There are no refunds for
Express Shipping. We highly recommend that you choose a shipping method which allows the
delivery
of your order an extra day or two prior to the day that you MUST have your order. All DHL & UPS
Express
shipments are delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
USPS Parcel Post
USPS Parcel Post orders are shipped via DHL, and final delivery is made by the
US Postal Service. It may be less expensive for you to ship this way, and you can still track the
package so you know right where it is.
How Much Is My Shipping?
To the right of each item's picture, there is a box where you can enter your
ZIP code and click the "Go" button. A popup will then give you the shipping cost for that item.
To see the shipping options and costs for your entire order, add the items you want to your cart.
After you log in or enter your address during the checkout process, you will be able to view the
shipping costs and select shipping options before placing your order.
High-Value Orders
To help ensure you receive your order, all orders valued over $250 are sent
signature required.
Shipping to Another Address
Direct Paintball will ONLY ship credit card orders to an address other than the credit card
billing address if you have completed the following requirements:
- Contact your credit card company and ask them to make a note in your file authorizing
Direct
Paintball to ship to the alternate address (an address other than where you receive you credit
card billing statements).
- You must provide your card issuer's customer service telephone number, located on the back
of your credit card. By doing so, you are indicating that you will contact your credit card's
customer service center to authorize the alternate shipping address you have given us.
We will then call your credit card's customer service to obtain authorization.
Under no circumstances will we ship orders that have different billing and shipping addresses
without receiving authorization from your credit card company. This protects your account by
preventing credit card fraud.
Shipping Paintballs
We recommend that you ship paintballs via a ground shipping method. Shipping
paintballs
via air express increases the risk of breakage.
Direct Paintball Inc is not responsible
for any ball breaks that may occur during shipping.
