New Item Warranty Policy
- Unless stated in the item description on the web page, we sell
only new items manufactured by reputable companies.
- We do not inspect or test any items before shipping.
- We do not warrant that products sold will perform as advertised
by the manufacturers, their agents, or by any other form of advertisement.
- Warranties, if any, are provided and serviced by the manufacturers
themselves.
- To avoid misunderstandings, please make sure you read and understand
the manufacturer's warranty.
- We do not accept returns for warranty purposes. We are not equipped
to do repairs, and your product will be repaired or replaced more
quickly when you deal directly with the manufacturer.
- The manufacturers we work with provide prompt, courteous
customer service.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost in returning your
item to the manufacturer.
Is There a Warranty on Paintballs?
We use the best cushioning available to insure that you receive your
paintballs undamaged. In the unlikely event that your paintballs arrive
with excessive damage, please retain all the original packaging material and shipping
boxes so you may file a claim with the shipper. After you have filed your claim, the
shipper will contact us. Upon receipt of a claims payment from them we will send you
a replacement or a refund.
Temperature is one of the most important factors that can impact the
quality of paintballs during shipping. Both extremes, cold (under 35) and hot (over 80),
have a detrimental effect on the quality of paintballs. Paintballs exposed to temperatures
in those extremes for a prolonged period of time may deteriorate in quality. This is beyond
our control and we are not responsible for deterioration.
Cleaning Broken Paintballs
If you have a few broken paintballs in a bag, you can salvage the rest by
pouring the paintballs out onto a towel, and then putting another towel over them and gently
rolling them around. For more complete instructions and more information, visit our
Paintball Tips section.
